    Here is a simple and delicious Air Fryer steak recipe.
    Ingredients:
    2 filet mignon or sirloin steaks, about 2.5 cm thick
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    Way of doing:
    Preheat the Air Fryer to 200 degrees Celsius.
    Season the steaks with salt and pepper to taste.
    Drizzle the steaks with olive oil and rub it on both sides of the steak.
    Place the steaks in the Air Fryer basket, making sure they are not too close to each other.
    Cook for 7-10 minutes for a rare steak, 10-12 minutes for a rare steak and 12-15 minutes for a well-done steak.
    Turn the steaks halfway through the cooking time to ensure both sides are cooked through.
    Remove the steaks from the Air Fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

    500g of ground meat (can be duck, chuck, flank steak, etc.)
    1 egg
    1/2 cup breadcrumbs
    1 tablespoon grated onion
    Salt and black pepper to taste
    4 hamburger buns
    Cheese, lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mustard to taste
    Method of preparation:
    In a bowl, mix the ground meat, egg, breadcrumbs, grated onion, salt and black pepper to taste, until a homogeneous dough forms.
    Divide the dough into four equal portions and shape into burgers of the desired size.
    Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for about 5 minutes.
    Place the burgers in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them so they stay crispy on the outside.
    Cook the burgers for about 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
    Place the burger buns in the air fryer and cook for about 2 minutes until crispy.
    Assemble the burger with cheese, lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mustard to taste and serve immediately.
    Tip: You can add other ingredients to your burger dough, such as garlic, parsley or chives, to add more flavor.

    3- Pork in the Air Fryer

    Ingredients:
    1 kg of pork loin
    3 cloves of garlic, chopped
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
    Salt and black pepper to taste
    Method of preparation:
    In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary and thyme.
    Season the pork loin with salt and pepper to taste.
    With a sharp knife, make superficial cuts in the meat and place the herb mixture on top, pressing so that they stick to the meat.
    Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for about 5 minutes.
    Place the pork loin in the Air Fryer basket and cook for about 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until it is golden and cooked inside.
    Remove from the Air Fryer and let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
