    Ingredients:
    Potatoes
Oil of your choice (can be olive oil, coconut oil or vegetable oil)
    Salt to taste
    Way of doing:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. If you prefer, you can leave the shell on for a more rustic look.
Soak the potato slices in cold water for about 30 minutes. This helps remove excess starch and makes the potatoes crispier.
Drain the water and dry the potatoes with a paper towel or clean kitchen towel.
Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees Celsius for about 5 minutes.
Place the potato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Don't stack them.
Drizzle the potatoes with a little oil and mix well so that all the slices are covered.
Cook the potatoes in the air fryer for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy, stirring every 5 minutes to ensure they are evenly cooked.
Season the fries with salt to taste and serve immediately.
The amount of oil will vary depending on how many potatoes you are cooking, but one tablespoon of oil is usually enough for about two medium potatoes. You can also experiment with different seasonings to add more flavor to your fries, like paprika, garlic powder, or dried herbs.
